Otherwise, we recommend you book a consultation session. 

We offer free 30-minute initial consultation for each client matter. We may wait for up to 15 minutes after your consultation's start time. If you are absent from the free initial consultation you booked, you may email us at biz@heslawoffice.com to schedule paid initial consultation ($140.00 USD for 30 minutes or $280.00 USD for an hour), to be paid using the "PAY" button on the top of this page before your consultation's start time. Otherwise, please contact our Case Manager Tim (tpeng@heslawoffice.com) to schedule all follow-up consultation for your legal matter. 

If you are absent from consultation, refund (for paid consultation) or reschedule (for free consultation) will not be available; if we are absent from your paid consultation, you are entitled to a full refund / no bill (for paid consultation) or a reschedule (for free consultation). 

You may request a summary of all key information, advice, conclusions, and next steps after each consultation, which will be emailed to you in PDF format within 48 hours after the consultation at no additional charge.
