He's Law Office Anti-Telemarketing Policy

As of January 22, 2025, to preserve time and resources for our clients and prospect clients, He's Law Office implements strict internal rules against telemarketing activities.  

For purposes of this policy, "telemarketing" is defined as any unsolicited telephone call, text message, email, or other forms of digital message that solicits the sale of any product or service. 

Upon receiving any telemarketing while using He's Law Office's work phone or work email, any shareholder, officer, manager, employee or contractual staff member must immediately end the call or delete the text message (and/or email) and indefinitely blacklist any phone number or email address used for the telemarketing.

If any phone number or email address blacklisted pursuant to this policy is later found to be used by a party or witness in a legal matter handled by He's Law Office, a Member or Manager of He's Law Office may expressly authorize such phone number or email address to be temporarily removed from the blacklist, until the commencement of the legal matter.

All persons and entities who have initiated any telemarketing on He's Law Office are indefinitely prohibited from entering into any transaction of value with He's Law Office. Such persons and entities are indefinitely prohibited from using any service provided by He's Law Office. However, He's Law Office may still use free products and services provided by such persons and entities.

The following persons and entities are exempted from this policy: 

1. any former, current, returning, and prospective client,
2. any co-counsel, opposing counsel / pro se party, witness, and other case-relevant parties, 
3. any case referrer, mentor, or mentee in the industry,
4. any business partner and prospective business partner,
5. any government entity, tribunal, legal aid organization, or bar association.

A Member or Manager of He's Law Office may expressly exempt any person or entity from this policy on a case-by-case basis.

 
Nonprofit, religious, and charitable entities are not automatically exempted from this policy. 

This policy may not be complained, contested, challenged, or otherwise proposed changes or abandonment by any person or entity who is not a shareholder, officer, manager, employee, contractual staff member, or business partner of He's Law Office.

This rule's modification is subject to He's Law Office's ordinary procedures on internal policymaking and policy modification.
