Contractual Associate / Counsel / Senior Counsel (300 to 1800 billable hours annually, you decide!)

Location: Anywhere in US, preferably in Massachusetts

Job Site: Remote

Billable hourly pay: $50.00 - $200.00, commensurate with experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an English-speaking country;
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school with a minimum GPA of 3.0;
• Admission to a state bar, preferably Massachusetts;
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant, specialized full-time experiences;
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail;
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent team collaboration and time management skills;
• Fluency in another language;
• Experiences in IP, entertainment, and corporate law are strongly preferred;
• Creative and entrepreneurial perspective is a plus;
• Law firm management and development experiences and skills are a plus;
• Litigation experiences are a plus;
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are strongly preferred.

Paralegal (up to 20hrs/week) - CURRENTLY FILLED, DO NOT APPLY

Hourly pay: $25.00 - $50.00, commensurate with experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an English-speaking country with a minimum GPA of 3.0 is a plus;
• At least 6 months of full-time paralegal experiences, including legal research and writing, preferably in IP, entertainment, and corporate law, or in a litigation setting;
• Strong ability to manage a variety of cases and tasks and responsibly use office technologies and legal software;
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail;
• Experiences communicating with clients in a professional manner;
• Excellent team collaboration and time management skills;
• Fluency in another language;
• Experiences with social media, marketing, and advertising are strongly preferred.
