Contractual Attorneys (300 to 1,200 billable hours annually, you decide!)

Location: Anywhere in US, preferably in Massachusetts or Oregon

Job Site: Hybrid in west Oregon; remote elsewhere

Billable hourly pay: $75.00 - $225.00, commensurate with experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an English-speaking country, required;
• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with a minimum GPA of 3.2, required;
• Admission to a state bar, preferably Massachusetts or Oregon, required;
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant, specialized full-time legal practice experience, required;
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, required;
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, required;
• Excellent team collaboration and time management skills is required;
• Fluency in another language, required;
• Experiences in IP, entertainment, and corporate law, strongly preferred;
• Creative and entrepreneurial perspective, strongly preferred;
• Law firm management and development experiences and skills, strongly preferred;
• Litigation experiences, strongly preferred;
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, strongly preferred.

Paralegal (up to 20hrs/week) - CURRENTLY FILLED, DO NOT APPLY

Location: Anywhere in US, preferably in Massachusetts or Oregon

Job Site: Remote

Hourly pay: $25.00 - $50.00, commensurate with experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an English-speaking country with a minimum GPA of 3.2, required;
• At least 1 year of full-time paralegal experience, including legal research and writing, preferably in IP, entertainment, and corporate law, or in a litigation setting, required;
• Strong ability to manage a variety of cases and tasks and responsibly use office technologies and legal software, required;
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail, required;
• Experiences communicating with clients, witnesses, and opponents in a professional manner, required;
• Excellent team collaboration and time management skills, required;
• Fluency in another language, required;
• Experiences with social media, marketing, and advertising, strongly preferred.
