Before You Call Us By Phone...

For He's Law Office to answer your phone call, all prospect clients, before making the call, must (1) text or email us about the phone call's purpose, such as "questions on copyright laws," or (2) book an appointment on our website. 

This requirement does not apply to (1) any former, current, and returning client, (2) any co-counsel, opposing counsel / pro se party, witness, mentor / mentee, case referrer, and other case-relevant parties, or (3) any government entity or bar association, who may call us by phone using their number on file at our firm or available online without prior notice by text message or email.

Your email or text message might or might not be replied, which does not affect your eligibility to speak to us by phone, unless (1) you request to call us outside our office hours, or (2) we reply to you with a request to reschedule due to unavailability for phone calls at your desired time and date.

Unsolicited telemarketing, which includes any phone calls initiated by any business for the purposes of promoting, selling, or advertising any product or service, will never be answered.

To preserve time and resources for our clients and prospect clients, He's Law Office blacklists any entity upon receiving a second unsolicited marketing contact, whether by phone call, text message, mail, or email. Our blacklist policy is implemented as the follows:

Except expressly permitted by the majority of the Members and Managers of He's Law Office,

(1) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office, may not initiate contact with or reply to any blacklisted entity (including any of its subsidiaries, employees, independent contractors solely working for it, and their family members) while conducting businesses at He's Law Office, unless the purpose of such contact is for communication regarding a legal matter where such blacklisted entity is a party.

(2) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office, may not enter into any paid transaction with, or use any paid product or service provided by, any blacklisted entity (including any of its subsidiaries, employees, independent contractors solely working for it, and their family members) on behalf of He's Law Office.

(3) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office, upon discovering a new email address or phone number used by any blacklisted entity (including any of its subsidiaries, employees, independent contractors solely working for it, and their family members) must block or ban such email address or phone number from their work phone or work email immediately, unless such email address or phone number is used in a legal matter where such blacklisted entity is a party.

(4) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office may not counsel, represent, or otherwise provide any services to any blacklisted entity (including any of its subsidiaries, employees, independent contractors solely working for it, and their family members) while conducting businesses at He's Law Office.

(5) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office may not concurrently or formerly (1) have any ownership interest in any blacklisted entity and its subsidiaries, or (2) work as an independent contract solely for or an employee of any blacklisted entity and its subsidiaries.

(6) Any shareholder, officer, employee, or independent contractor solely working for He's Law Office may, at their own discretion, report blacklisted entities to authorities, such as Federal Trade Commission.

(7) A blacklisted entity shall remain on the blacklist indefinitely.

1. Yelp Inc.
2. RELX Inc.

本要求不适用于（1）本律所的任何前客户、现客户和回头客，（2）本律所任何案件的合作律师、对方及其律师、导师或学员、证人、案源推荐人和其他案件相关人士，以及（3）任何政府组织或律师协会。上述人员无需提前发送电子邮件或短信通知，可直接使用已经在本律所存档的或公开可查询到的号码致电本律所。

我们有可能不回复您的短信或电子邮件，但这不影响您的来电被我们接听的资格，除非（1）您请求在我们下班时间来电，或（2）我们无法在您想来电的时间接听电话所以回复您请求改期。

任何不请自来的销售推广电话都不会被接听。

为将通话时间和资源尽量用于我们的客户及潜在客户，本律所将在收到第二次不请自来的推销联系（包括电话、短信、邮寄或电子邮件）时，将相关实体列入黑名单。我们的黑名单政策执行细则如下：

除非经本律所多数股东及经理人明确许可：

（1）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人在本律所工作时，不得主动联系或回复任何被列入黑名单的实体，（包括其任何子公司、雇员及仅为其工作的独立承包人及其亲属）除非此类联系是为了就该黑名单实体作为当事方的法律适宜进行沟通。

（2）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人，不得代表本律所与任何被列入黑名单的实体（包括其任何子公司、雇员及仅为其工作的独立承包人及其亲属）进行任何付费交易，或使用其提供的任何付费产品或服务。

（3）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人，如发现任何被列入黑名单的实体（包括其任何子公司、雇员及仅为其工作的独立承包人及其亲属）新的电子邮箱地址或电话号码时，必须立即在其工作电话或工作邮箱中屏蔽或封禁该电子邮箱地址或电话号码，除非该电子邮箱地址或电话号码用于沟通涉及该黑名单实体作为当事方的法律事宜。

（4）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人在本律所工作时，不得为任何被列入黑名单的实体（包括其任何子公司、雇员及仅为其工作的独立承包人及其亲属）提供法律咨询、代理或其他任何服务。

（5）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人在本律所工作时，不得拥有任何列入黑名单的实体及其子公司的股权，不得同时为任何列入黑名单的实体及其子公司工作，（无论作为雇员还是仅为其工作的独立承包人）有曾为任何列入黑名单的实体及其子公司工作的履历者不予录用。

（6）本律所的任何股东、高管、雇员或仅为本律所工作的独立承包人可自主裁量向有关政府部门，例如联邦贸易委员会，举报黑名单实体。

（7）被列入黑名单的实体应无限期保持在黑名单上。
