Derong Tim Peng

Tim Peng is a Paralegal and the Case Manager at He’s Law Office, where he assists attorneys with paperwork, case management, schedule management, communications, and client relations. He is also the first staff member who joined our firm.

In his role, Tim supports a wide range of client matters, ranging from trademark prosecution to anti-counterfeiting, copyright infringement, commercial transactions, business formation, and more. From the initial consultation until the conclusion of the case, every client and prospective client can see Tim organizing meeting, onboarding clients, taking notes, keeping clients and attorneys updated, and preparing case materials. In the absence of attorneys, Tim is the one who responds to clients' and prospective clients' inquiries and needs and keeps track on any change of circumstances. Besides, Tim liaisons a powerful global investigation and co-counsel network for our firm to hold intellectual property infringers and counterfeiters accountable, no matter where they are. Tim also supports our firm's administration and information technology.

Alongside his work at our firm, Tim is also pursuing his bachelor's degrees in Music Business/Management (MB) and Music Production & Engineering (MPE) at Berklee College of Music, with a plan to attend law school very soon. As a bilingual English-Mandarin speaker, he is able to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and assist in supporting their legal needs in a professional setting.
