Since our establishment in January 2025, He's Law Office's growth has been skyrocketing. We have been accepting a wide range of cases from contract attorney platforms, legal aid referrals, government referrals, former client referrals, ever-returning clients, the creative communities, entrepreneurial networks, and multiple local communities.
Despite operating on a nights-and-weekends basis, as of December 2025, we have already delivered satisfying representation and counseling to 100+ individual and business clients across the music, photography, film, broadcast, designer fashion, e-commerce, press, catering, logistics, software, influencer, and education sectors.
Attorney He has diverse experiences in both private and public sectors, in both the US and China. In a variety of law firms, nonprofits, and court and government departments, he performed competent and efficient services in intellectual property, business and corporate law, landlord-tenant, tort law, family law, and general-practice matters. Attorney He has been researching AI governance issues, as well as the national security issues and information operations within the GATT/WTO system. Attorney He has a great sense of humor at work. He is also a proud recipient of Massachusetts SJC Pro Bono Honor Roll Certificate who has been volunteering legal work for years.
Attorney He primarily works for a boutique intellectual property law firm, Lloyd & Mousilli. He also serves as the Clerk and Counsel of Mass Island Corp, a Boston-based music nonprofit. Outside of legal industry, he is also a professional music composer-producer and photographer. A road trip enthusiast, he has driven solo to 41 States.
